Our office is at number 60 in Mohali, specifically in the Qutbiwad area. We've been operating out of here for a good while. It's a transport business, so things are usually a bit frantic. There are always phone calls coming in about where a truck is or when a delivery will arrive. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit and manage the routes. Qutbiwad is an older part of the area, and it has its own rhythm. The roads can be narrow, but we’ve learned how to navigate them over the years. Most of our staff are locals who know the streets like the back of their hands. We don't use any of that corporate talk about excellence or missions. We just try to get the goods from point A to point B without any major headaches. Sometimes a truck breaks down or weather causes a delay, and we just have to deal with it. That’s just part of the job. I’ve been in this line of work since I was young, so I don’t know much else. It’s a tough business, but it keeps us going. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us drinking chai and looking at maps or schedules. We just do what we do and try to keep our customers satisfied by being reliable.
