Arun Beniwal

Arun Beniwal is based out of the Mohali area, specifically working around the Punjab and Haryana High Court. It is a fast-paced environment with a lot of people moving in every direction. If you’ve ever been near the court, you know it’s a sea of black coats and stacks of paper. Arun’s space is right in the middle of all that action. It is a busy life here. We spend a lot of time walking between offices and the courtrooms. The office itself is small and packed with books from floor to ceiling. There isn't much room for anything else. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how the system works. Every morning starts early because there is always something waiting. We don't have time for fancy meetings or long presentations. We just talk about the cases and what needs to be filed next. It can be stressful with the deadlines, but it’s the life we chose. We know the clerks and the other folks around the court. It’s a tight community in a way. Even though it’s a serious place, we try to keep a bit of a sense of humor about the long hours. We don't promise any miracles. We just put in the hours and do the paperwork as well as we can. It is a lot of grinding through the files but we do it every single day. It’s honest work in a very crowded part of Mohali.
