Arora Estates

Arora Estates is based right here in Sector 44, specifically in the 44 C block. We’ve been working out of this area for a long time. Sector 44 is a place we know inside and out. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a simple door and a sign. Inside, it's mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders full of property details. We don't go for a flashy office because we’d rather spend our time out in the field looking at houses and shops. It’s a local business run by people who actually live and work in the same neighborhood. We see the same people at the local market every day. Most of our work comes from word of mouth because we’ve been around Sector 44 C for so long. We aren't part of some big national chain with polished brochures. We just write down what we know and try to help folks find a place to stay. Sometimes the market is slow and we just sit around and talk, and other times we are running from one end of the sector to the other. It’s a bit of a mix. We enjoy the work and the people we meet. If you’re looking for something in this part of town, we’re usually around to give you a hand. No fancy talk, just plain information. Our day usually starts with a quick check of the new listings and ends with us tidying up the paperwork.
