Armaan Properties

You can find Armaan Properties over at 393 Sector 22, specifically in the Kharawala Dehla area of Pachpipli. We are up on the first floor. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it but the view of the street is okay. We spend most of our days up here looking through listings and talking to people on the phone. Sector 22 is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on downstairs. Our office is just a basic setup with a few desks and a lot of paper. We don't really go for the high-end look because that’s not who we are. We just want to get the job done for the people who live around here. Pachpipli has a specific feel to it and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street but we don't mind much. We've been at this location for a bit and people know where to find us in Kharawala Dehla. We mostly handle local real estate stuff. It's a lot of matching people with the right rooms or shops. We try to be honest about what's available. If you come by, we might be busy on the phone, but we’ll get to you. It's just a normal local agency trying to keep things moving. We like being in Sector 22 and seeing the area grow year after year.
