Arhum Estate

Our office is over in Sco 369 in Sector 44, right on the first floor. It is easy to find if you are walking around the market area. We have been here for a bit and mostly focus on the properties around this sector and the nearby ones. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to people who want to move or sell their plots. The market goes up and down, and we just try to keep track of it all so we can give people straight answers. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a regular office with some chairs and a desk where we handle the daily business. Sector 44 is a good place, quite busy during the day with all the shops and offices around. We usually start our morning with some tea and go through the listings we have. People stop by quite often because they see the sign. We don't do much advertising because most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. It's a straightforward business. We show the places we have, talk about the rent or the price, and handle the documents if things move forward. There are no complicated speeches here. We just work with what is available in the market right now. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
