Ape Truck Transport Service operates out of 2183 Sector 24. We’ve been in this location for a while, and it’s a good spot for what we do. Since we deal with trucks and transport, being in Sector 24 helps us stay connected to the routes we need. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few maps on the walls and a lot of clipboards hanging near the door. It gets quite busy here early in the morning when the drivers come in to get their routes for the day. There’s always someone drinking a cup of tea or checking the fuel prices. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception area with a bowl of mints. It’s more of a functional space where we can coordinate where the trucks are going. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s dead quiet for an hour. We just take it as it comes. Managing a transport service isn't always smooth, things break down or get delayed, and we just deal with it. We’ve gotten to know the other business owners on this block pretty well over the years. We’re not looking to become some massive corporation; we just want to keep the trucks moving and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening every day of the week. This is what we do and how we’ve always done it from this office.
