Our office is located in Sector 31 C of Chandigarh, at number 2142. It’s an address that many people in this part of the city might recognize. We handle properties and infrastructure, which means we’re often dealing with a lot of moving parts and different projects. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the usual desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of papers that seem to grow into piles if we don't watch them every single day. We don't have a marketing team writing fancy things for us. We just tell people what’s available and what the situation is with the different developments we’re managing. Chandigarh is a very organized city, so we try to keep our work organized too, even if it doesn't always feel that way inside the small office. We have a lot of visitors coming in to ask about land or new plots, and we just sit down and talk to them like normal people. There’s no big script we follow or sales tactics. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the billing or the site reports, but that’s just how it is in this business. We’ve been in Sector 31 for a long time now, and we like being part of the community here. It’s a steady job, and we take pride in just being reliable and showing up every day to do the work. It’s not glamorous, but it’s real and it keeps us busy.
