Andhra Punjab Transport Co

We’ve been here at 14 Sector 26 in the Transport Area for quite a while now. It gets pretty loud with all the trucks moving in and out every day, but that is just how things go in this part of town. My father started things up, focusing on the routes between Andhra and Punjab, and we just kept it going. It is not a fancy office, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork and talk to the drivers. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when it rains and the yard gets muddy, but the work has to happen regardless of the mud. We spend most of our mornings on the phone checking where the loads are and making sure the trucks have what they need for the long drive. People around here know us as a place where you can just walk in and talk. It’s a lot of long hours, sometimes staying late to wait for a driver who got stuck in traffic or had a tire problem. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. Most of the people we work with have been calling us for years because they know where to find us. It’s just simple work, moving things from one place to another without too much fuss. You might see us having tea outside when it’s quiet. We like being part of this transport community. It’s what we know.
