Amtek Sales & Service

We’re over at SCO13-15 in Sector 34, operating under the name Amtek Sales & Service. It’s a decent-sized space where we handle both the selling side and the fixing side of things. Most of the day is spent either on the phone or working with our hands. We have a mix of new equipment and things that people have brought back for maintenance or some light repairs. Sector 34 is a good area to be in, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes during the peak hours. We’ve got a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. It’s not the kind of place where everyone has a strictly defined role. If a customer walks in, whoever is free helps them. The back room is usually full of boxes and tools, and it’s a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. We’ve been around for a while, so we’ve seen a lot of different models and brands come through the doors. We don't really do the whole polished sales pitch thing. We just tell people what we have and what we can do to help them out. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, and other times it takes a bit longer than we expected. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving along for everyone.
