You can find us over at number 13 in Sector 35. We’re tucked into the Shankar Industrial area in Gogte Wadi, just off Aarey Road. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s not exactly a quiet place to work. There’s always trucks moving and something going on nearby. We’ve been handling property stuff here for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent talking to folks who are looking for a place or trying to move one. We don’t have a big fancy storefront with lights. It’s more of a practical office where we keep our files and meet people. Aarey Road can get pretty packed during the rush, but we’re used to it. The office is simple. A few chairs, some old desks, and a lot of maps on the walls. We know the local streets around Gogte Wadi better than most. People come to us because we’ve been in this specific industrial patch for years. We aren’t trying to be the biggest outfit around. We just handle the business that comes through the door. It’s honest work and we like the people we meet. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the Shankar Industrial sign. We’re right there in the middle of it all. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s just how the neighborhood is. We just get on with it and try to stay organized. It is a busy life, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now.
