I'm Amit Parashar and I've been working out of Royale Estate for a while now. This place is right in the Chamaraj Pet area, specifically 204 Zirakpur Rajagopal Nagar Main. It's a busy spot but we manage. I started this because I needed something to do that felt real. We handle things here day by day. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit much, especially near the complex, but that’s just how it is. People find us alright though. I didn't want a fancy office in the middle of nowhere, so being here in Chamaraj Pet makes sense for what we do. It’s a standard setup, nothing too crazy to look at. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. If you're looking for us, we are right there in the Royale Estate building. It’s got a good feel to it, even if it's a bit crowded on the weekends. I've seen the neighborhood change a lot since I first set up. The address is 204 Zirakpur, it's pretty easy to spot once you get onto Rajagopal Nagar Main. We are usually here most days, just doing the usual tasks. It's not a big corporate operation, just me and a few others keeping things moving. We appreciate the people who stop by. It’s been an interesting journey living and working in this part of town. I think being local helps us understand how things actually work around here.
