Alpha Events

Our office is over at Sco-9 in Sector-68, right here in Mohali. We are quite close to the Fortis Hospital, so most people find us easily enough. Alpha Events is just a small team of us who like putting things together. We do all sorts of events, from small office meetings to bigger family parties and gatherings. It’s not as glamorous as people think. Most of our time is spent on the phone, talking to vendors, or running around making sure the chairs arrived on time and the stage is steady. We’ve been working in the Chandigarh and Mohali area for a while now. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just us trying to make sure things run smoothly for the people who hire us. Sometimes a speaker fails or a delivery is late, and we have to scramble to fix it, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We prefer working with local people and keeping things straightforward. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon; we just listen to what you want and try to get it done. The office is usually cluttered with samples of invitation cards or fabric swatches. If you have something coming up and feel overwhelmed by the planning, you can drop by and we can see what we can do. It’s just practical help for your events and nothing more.
