Ajay Singh Parmar

My name is Ajay Singh Parmar. I operate out of 831 Manimajra on the India Colony Road. This road stays pretty busy throughout the day with people going to and from the colony. My place is a small building right on the edge of the path. I have been here since I started out on my own. It is a simple room with a couple of chairs and a table that wobbles if you lean on it too hard. I don't bother fixing it because I’m used to it now. The walls are a pale color and I have one small window that looks out onto the street. I see a lot of people walking by every day. Manimajra is a place where everyone seems to be in a rush. I try to keep my space organized but things tend to pile up in the corners when I am busy. I don't have any helpers, it is just me doing everything. I open up the shutters in the morning and close them when it gets dark at night. It is a steady way to live. 831 is easy to spot because of the big tree nearby. I spend most of my week here. It’s just a local spot for a local person. Nothing more to it than that. I like the independence of having my own little shop on India Colony Road. It is not much but it is mine and I know every crack in the floor by now. I've been here long enough to see the neighborhood change quite a bit.
