You can find us on the 2nd floor of Sco-103 in Sector-35C. We’re right next to the post office, which makes it easy to explain to people who are looking for us for the first time. It’s a typical Chandigarh office building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we keep things fairly organized, though there’s usually a stack of brochures or files somewhere on a desk. We handle a lot of holiday bookings, mostly for people around Chandigarh who just want a break. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit much if you’re not used to them, but it’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. Most of our work comes from people just dropping in because they saw the name while going to the post office. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and airlines. It can be a lot of back and forth, especially during the peak seasons when everyone wants to go to the same places. We just try to get the dates right and make sure the names are spelled correctly on the tickets. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing papers. Sector 35 is a nice area to work in, even if the parking around the building is often a total nightmare.
