Agarwal Communication is located at 24 in Mohali. It’s a straightforward mobile shop that’s been around for a good bit of time. We do the usual things you’d expect, like selling phones and fixing them when they break. Mohali is a growing place, and we’ve seen a lot of changes from our little corner. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a place to get your phone needs handled. I spend my days behind the counter, mostly dealing with recharges and screen repairs. It can get a bit repetitive, but I enjoy meeting different people every day. We have a lot of students coming in because of the colleges nearby. They are always looking for the latest accessories or a cheap way to fix their cracked screens. We try to keep things moving quickly so nobody has to wait too long. There’s a small TV in the corner that’s usually on a news channel or a cricket match. It keeps us entertained during the quiet hours. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just me and maybe one other person helping out. We keep our own records and manage the stock the best we can. It’s a local business through and through. We appreciate the people who choose to come to us instead of the big malls. It keeps us going. The street noise is quite loud outside, but it feels like home.
