Aditya Jyoti Proprties is up on the first floor at 3621 Sector 37. You have to walk up the stairs to find us. The office isn’t much to look at, just a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps and listings stuck to the walls. We spend our days talking about houses, land, and shops in the area. Sector 37 is a place we know inside and out. The phone rings a lot, and someone is usually heading out the door to show a property or meet a client nearby. We don't use a lot of fancy talk; we just tell people what we know about the local market. It’s a lot of walking and driving around, looking at different buildings and seeing what’s available. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because we leave the windows open to let in the air. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just us here, trying to help people find a place that fits. The furniture is a bit old, and the files are mostly kept in physical folders rather than everything being on a computer. We like the personal touch of sitting down with someone and going over their options. It’s a busy life, but being on the first floor of 3621 keeps us connected to what’s happening on the street below.
