You can find us in the area between Mohali and Zirakpur, specifically near the Penta Homes complex. It's an interesting spot because there is so much new construction going on all around us. We set up here because this is where the growth is happening. Our office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our desk and some chairs for when people come to talk about property. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or driving out to see new sites nearby. The dust from the construction can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s just part of being in an expanding area. We see a lot of people who are looking to move out of the more crowded city parts into these new developments. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just our phones and our knowledge of the local roads and buildings. Usually, the day starts with checking messages and then heading out to meet someone at a site. We come back to the office in the afternoon to finish up the paperwork. It’s a bit of a commute for some, but being near Penta Homes makes us easy to find. We’ve seen this whole stretch of road change so much since we first arrived. It’s a local business through and through, run by people who actually live and work in this neighborhood every day. No frills, just real estate.
