We are Raithadhani Farmers Producer Company Limited, and we operate out of the Kamadhenu CMRC in Bandalli Village. This is in the Hanur Taluk area, which is a place where farming is the main thing everyone does. Our office is right there in the village and post office area. It is a community-driven setup where farmers from around the village come to talk and plan. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big city office. Our building is simple and fits right in with the rest of Bandalli. Most of our time is spent talking about seeds, weather, and how to manage the collective crops. It’s a way for us to stick together and get better results than we would on our own. The people here are all locals who understand the struggles of farming in Hanur. We might not have all the latest gadgets, but we have a lot of experience with the land. Working at the CMRC center means we are right in the middle of everything. We keep our doors open for any of the member farmers who need to discuss their harvest. It is a slow and steady kind of work, very much tied to the seasons. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or corporate talk. We are just a group of farmers trying to make a decent living and support our families through this collective company.
