Agriarch Farms Private Limited is our company and we are over in Chamrajnagar. Our office is at No 102, Shanthi Nilaya in Veeraihyanapura Village. It’s a quiet spot, not like the big cities. We are mostly focused on the land and what we can grow on it. Shanthi Nilaya is a plain building where we do our admin work. There are a few of us who handle the day-to-day things. We don't have a big team or a lot of expensive equipment. We mostly use our hands and a couple of old computers. The 571127 area is where we live and work, so we know the soil pretty well. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just grow stuff and try to sell it. Some years the weather is on our side and some years it isn't. We just have to deal with whatever comes our way. We meet at the village office to discuss the next planting season. It’s a lot of sitting around and talking things through. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep things running for our families. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing. It’s just how life is here in the village. We keep our doors open for anyone who needs to talk business. It’s a very simple and humble way to make a living for all of us.
