You can find Rosler Surfacetech Pvt. Ltd. over in the Chakan MIDC area, specifically at Plot No. -A29 in Khlumbre. This part of the industrial belt is always humming with activity. We focus on surface technology, which basically means we spend our time smoothing out metal parts or cleaning up industrial components. The workshop is full of specialized machines that use vibratory finishing or shot blasting. It’s a technical process, but to us, it’s just the daily grind of making sure the parts look and feel the way they are supposed to. The air in the shop usually has a bit of a metallic scent, and everyone wears their safety gear because of the dust and noise. Chakan is a long way from the main city, so most of us commute together or live nearby in Khlumbre. The roads around here are often busy with heavy trucks carrying parts for the big car plants. Our facility isn't the biggest on the block, but we have enough room for our processing tanks and the packing area. We usually have our lunch together in a small break room at the back. It’s not a glamorous job, standing over machines and checking the finish on small metal pieces, but it’s what we do. We've been here since the MIDC started expanding and we've grown used to the pace of the industrial life in this part of the state.
