Jv Engg. & Construction Co.

Our office is located at Plot No. B-14 in Waghgei Nagar. It’s a quiet enough residential area, so Jv Engg. & Construction Co. feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a big corporate entity. We have been working out of this spot for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. Construction work means our boots are usually a bit muddy and there’s always a layer of dust on the front porch. We don’t have a big reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us hunched over a desk or talking on the phone to a site manager. We keep a lot of our tools and gear nearby, so the place can look a bit cluttered. It’s a small team, and we’ve all known each other for years, which makes the long days a lot easier to handle. We mostly focus on local builds and small projects around town. People stop by to talk about their houses or ask for a bit of advice on a repair. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit down and have a chat without feeling rushed. We like it this way. The tea is always hot and the conversation is usually about the next big job we have lined up.
