Rosler Surface Tech Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No: A29 in Phase 2 of the M.I.D.C Industrial Area in Khalumbre. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s a landscape of large sheds and industrial activity. Our place is no different. It’s a large plot where we handle various surface treatment processes. The environment is very industrial; there’s always a hum of blowers or the sound of media being processed. It gets quite dusty, and we all wear our work gear from the moment we walk in. We don't have a fancy lobby with plants. Our office is often just a desk pushed into a corner near the main floor so we can keep an eye on everything. We spend our time managing the machines and checking the finishes on the parts we process. Khalumbre is a bit out of the way, so we tend to just stay focused on the work once we arrive. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of technical details. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, and we have to redo a batch, but that’s just the nature of surface tech. We aren't corporate types in suits. We are people who understand how metal reacts and how to get the right texture on a surface. It’s a straightforward, practical shop. We work through the heat and the noise because that’s the job. No bells or whistles, just the daily grind in Phase 2.
