DeCon India Plastic pvt. ltd. is located out at Gat No 357/92 in Kharabwadi. If you know this area at all, you know it is right in the middle of the local industrial belt. We deal with plastics all day long. The factory floor is usually humming with the sound of the molding machines running. It can get a bit warm in there, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the roof. We started this place to make parts that people actually use in their daily lives or for other businesses. There is a lot of raw material coming in on pallets and finished goods going out on trucks every week. The yard gets busy in the early mornings. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the plastic products we turn out are solid and meet what is needed. Most of our staff live nearby, so it feels like a local operation. We wear work clothes and nobody here minds getting their hands a bit dirty. The office is just a small room off to the side of the main production area where we keep the folders and books. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big run of parts for a client. That is just the way it goes with manufacturing. We have been at this spot for a long time. People around Kharabwadi know our sign. We just focus on the machines and the plastic.
