Pranit Engineering Works

Pranit Engineering Works is located at 2 Chakan Talegaon Road, inside the Mahadevi Complex. We are right opposite Render India, which is a big landmark around here. The Chakan Talegaon Road is always packed with industrial traffic—lots of heavy trucks and people moving between the different factories. Our workshop in the Mahadevi Complex is where all the actual engineering happens. It’s not a clean place; there’s always oil on the floor and metal shavings everywhere. That’s just the nature of engineering. We do a lot of custom jobs for other businesses in the area. We don't have a big corporate office or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find the owner or one of the senior guys covered in grease, working right alongside the rest of the crew. We take on all sorts of mechanical repairs and fabrication work. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the machines are running full tilt. We’ve been in the Mahadevi Complex for several years, so we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners pretty well. We don't do much advertising. People know us because we’ve helped them out with a broken part or a custom build in the past. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We just try to get the engineering right so the customer can get back to their own work. We stay until the job is done.
