Prabhat Engineering Works

Prabhat Engineering Works is located out in Village Kuruli, right at Plot No. 8, Gut No. 626. It’s a bit of a drive into the Chakan area, but we like it here. Being right opposite Gabriel India Limited makes it easy for people to give directions to our shop. The area has changed a lot lately with more buildings going up, but our work remains the same. We deal with various engineering jobs that require a bit of patience and a lot of manual labor. The workshop floor is often cluttered with parts and metal shavings. It’s not a showroom, and we don't try to make it look like one. We have our lathes and our drilling machines, and they are usually running from morning until late. The weather out here in Chakan can be quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the equipment. Sometimes we sit outside for a break and watch the trucks go in and out of the big plants across the road. It’s a busy environment but we have our own pace. We handle the tasks as they come in, whether they are small repairs or bigger parts that need a lot of attention. It is just a regular group of workers trying to do a decent job every day without any big speeches. We take our time to get the measurements right because that is what actually matters in the end.
