We are located at Gat N- 628 in Kuraligaon, which is out in the Chakan area. Our workshop is right near the Praxair Ltd. plant. If you know Chakan, you know it’s a massive hub for engineering and manufacturing. Our place is a bit of a drive from the main city, and the roads can be pretty rough with all the heavy trucks moving in and out. The factory floor is where everything happens. It’s noisy with the sound of cutting and welding, and there’s always the smell of hot metal and oil in the air. We aren't a giant company with thousands of workers. We’re a smaller engineering shop that takes on specific jobs. We have some heavy machines that have been with us for years, and they still do the job just fine. The office is just a small cabin with a couple of old desks and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corner. We don’t have a HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us engineers and the guys on the floor making sure the parts are right. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten together in the small break area. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when we have a deadline, but that’s the nature of engineering works in a place like this. We just keep our heads down and work. There is always a lot to do before we can close up.
