Xav Private Limited

Our little office is located right at 3 Village Hasanpur. It is definitely not the city center, but we like it that way. Xav Private Limited started out with just a couple of us wanting to do our own thing without the noise of the main New Delhi traffic. The village atmosphere is a bit different than what you find in the big commercial hubs. There are cows occasionally walking by outside, and you know almost everyone on the street. It makes coming to work feel a bit more grounded. We don’t have those glass walls or shiny elevators you see in movies. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on our projects. Some days are slow and we just chat about local news, and other days it is a complete rush to finish everything on time. We use basic tools and do a lot of manual checking to make sure nothing is missed. It gets dusty sometimes, especially in the dry season, so we are always cleaning our keyboards. We don’t really do big meetings with suits and ties. Most of the time, we are just in casual clothes, working through our lists and making sure the business stays afloat. It is a honest living and we are glad to be part of the Hasanpur community. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is simple but it is ours and we like the quiet life here.
