We are located at B-399 in Nehru Vihar, right near Timarpur. It is a very crowded area, especially with all the students living nearby in the hostels. Our shop is often a bit of a squeeze because we have computers, printers, and stacks of paper everywhere. You can usually hear the sound of someone printing out a project or the constant clicking of keys. We do a lot of different things here, from fixing old laptops to helping people with their online forms and applications. It is a busy environment and it can get a bit chaotic when several people are all asking for something at the same time. The walls have some old posters on them, and the floor is a bit worn down from everyone coming in and out all day. Being near Timarpur means we get a lot of foot traffic from the local neighborhoods. We don’t have a lot of extra space, so we have to be very organized, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait with the customers until it comes back on. We know most of the people who come in by name because they live just a few blocks away. It is a very local way of doing things, and we’ve been in this building for long enough that it really feels like home.
