Ways Infotech is situated at No. 137/ 13 on the upper ground floor of the A-2 Block in Sant Nagar, Burari. It is basically a place where we handle all sorts of computer issues. The office is full of wires, dismantled laptops, and spare parts for PCs. It is not a very large space, and it can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of repairs coming in at the same time. Sant Nagar is a busy part of Burari, so there is always noise from the street outside. We spend our time fixing hardware, installing software, and trying to recover data for people. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of patience because sometimes you don't know what is wrong until you take the whole thing apart. We aren't a big company with a receptionist. You usually just walk in and talk to one of us directly. The upper ground floor stays a bit cooler than the street level, but we still need the fans going all day. We have been working in Burari for some time now and most of our customers are just people from the local blocks. It’s a lot of technical work and some days are slower than others. We don't have a fancy website or anything, we just focus on the machines that people bring to us to get fixed.
