Weapon X Technologies is based out of Najafgarh, specifically in Gopal Nagar Extension. We operate from a place that’s part of a property owned by Jalandhar Pandit, at plot number 27-A. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect to find a high-tech office, as it’s tucked away in a more residential-feeling neighborhood. That’s just how we like it, though. It keeps things quiet and lets us focus on the work we are doing. We are an OPC, so it’s a small, tight-knit operation. We don't have a bunch of managers or a HR department. It’s just us in a room with our computers and some basic furniture. The commute out here to Najafgarh can be a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from, but it’s a good spot once you arrive. We spend our time working on various tech projects, mostly just trying to solve problems as they come up. We don't have a website with a bunch of stock photos or a mission statement on the wall. The walls are mostly bare, maybe a calendar or two. We just sit down, turn on the machines, and get to work. It’s practical and simple. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our lunch. It feels like a real part of the community here, which is more important to us than having a fancy office in a glass tower. We just keep things moving.
