Way2Hill Technologies is based over in Laxmi Park, Nangloi. The address is a bit long on paper—New No. C-209, Plot No. 19-B. It’s one of those spots that’s easier to find once you’ve been here once or twice. We’ve turned this space into our main hub for all the tech work we do. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have wires everywhere and some stacks of old monitors in the corner. We mostly work on software and helping local businesses get their systems running. It’s a quiet enough street, though the main road is always buzzing. We started this small and we’ve kept it that way. There’s no point in having a huge office if you don't need it. We prefer the direct way of doing things. If someone calls with a problem, we handle it right then. We don't have layers of management to go through. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Some days are slow, others we can't even find time to grab a snack. That's just how the tech business goes. We like being in Nangloi. It feels like home to most of us. We aren't putting on an act for anyone. We’re just a bunch of people who know their way around a computer and decided to make a business out of it. The stairs up to our place are a bit steep, so we don't get many casual visitors.
