Vivid Group

Vivid Group is based out of D-47 in Shanti Kunj, which is a much quieter area than you might expect for a business like ours. The office is in a residential-looking building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We’ve got a small kitchen where we all make our own lunch, and the smell of food usually drifts through the halls around noon. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time. We don't go in for much of that corporate polish you see in the big city centers. Here, we’re more about just getting the work done and heading home to our families. The name Vivid sounds a bit flashy, but we’re actually quite grounded people. We spend our days dealing with various projects, mostly sitting at our desks and chatting about what needs to happen next. There’s a small garden area outside that we can see from the windows, which is nice when the weather is good. Sometimes we have meetings out there just for a change of scenery. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we’ve become part of the neighborhood in a way. The security guard at the gate knows us all by name. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, without any of the extra noise or pretense. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to make things work out for everyone involved.
