Vikaskumar

Vikaskumar is located at 408/5 A-12 on Street Number 22. This is in the Anand Parbat area of New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know Anand Parbat is full of workshops and small businesses. It is a very loud and busy place. There is always the sound of machinery or people calling out to each other. Our space is on the fourth floor. There are a lot of stairs to climb every morning. It’s a bit of a workout. The room is small but we have made it work for us. We have some basic tools and a couple of desks. Street 22 is narrow and always packed with delivery bikes. It can be quite dusty during the dry months. We’ve been here for a couple of years. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a fancy lobby or air conditioning in the hallways. It’s a working-class neighborhood where everyone is trying to make a living. We fit right in with that vibe. Most of the time, we are just focused on the job at hand. We don't spend much time talking about ourselves. We just do the work and go home. The electricity can be a bit tricky when everyone is using their machines at once. We just wait it out and start again. It's a gritty, real part of 110005.
