If you come to Shankar Road in New Rajendar Nagar, you will find V & N Smart World Private Limited. We are at R-552, sitting on the third floor. This part of New Delhi is pretty central, so there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. The traffic on Shankar Road is something you just have to accept if you work here. Our office is a straightforward setup. We have desks, chairs, and the usual office equipment you’d expect for a company like ours. It’s not a "smart" office in the sense of being high-tech and shiny, but it’s where we do our smart thinking. The team is a bunch of hardworking folks who don't mind putting in the hours. We have a small pantry where we keep our snacks and make tea during the afternoon slump. The space feels lived-in, with stacks of paper and posters on the walls that have been there since we moved in. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just talk to each other plainly and get the job done. Being in Rajendar Nagar means we have access to some great food, which is probably the best part of working in this location. We are just a local company trying to make a mark and keep things moving forward. It’s a bit noisy and a bit crowded, but it’s our place and we like it.
