Our shop is at Shop No. N 4a in Vijay Vihar. It is very close to Holy Public School on the Main Bazar Road in Uttam Nagar. If you know where the Reliance Fresh is, we are just near there. We have been here for a good while. It is a busy spot and the noise from the market is always there. The shop is not huge but we fit everything we need inside. We deal with all kinds of IT stuff. Most of our days are spent fixing laptops or looking at screens. We don't have a big corporate team, just us. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with cables and parts all over the tables. We try to keep it organized but it’s hard when there is a lot of work. The school nearby means there are always kids and parents walking past. We usually open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to close. It gets pretty hot during the summer months. We have a small fan that runs all day. People just come in and tell us what is wrong with their machines. We don't use any big words or marketing talk. We just listen and see what we can do. It is a simple way of running things. Most of our customers are from right here in Uttam Nagar. We like being part of the local bazar. It feels like home to us.
