Ustova Systems Private Limited

Ustova Systems Private Limited is situated in Chhattarpur Pahari. Finding us can be a little confusing because our address has both an old and a new house number, 232-B. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for deliveries but also means we hear everyone walking by on the street. It’s Khasra Number 114, if you are looking at the land records. Chhattarpur has changed a lot lately, but this part of the Pahari area still feels quite traditional. Our shop space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit all our systems and desks inside without it feeling too cramped. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with our work to worry about that. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us since we opened and a few newer faces. We don't bother with uniforms or strict rules about when you take your tea break. As long as the work is getting done, everyone is happy. The Delhi heat can be tough in this part of town, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We see the same people walking past our window every day, and it feels like we are really part of the Chhattarpur community. Just a small team doing our thing in South Delhi.
