Ursag Information Technology Services Private Limited operates out of room 204 in the Harsha Complex. It is located at F-17, Subhash Chowk, which is a very well-known spot in Laxmi Nagar. East Delhi is always energetic, and being right at the chowk means we see a lot of the local action every day. The complex itself is full of different businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. Our office is a simple one. We have our desks, our chairs, and our computers, and that is about it. We do various IT services and try to stay on top of the requests we get. Laxmi Nagar is known for being a hub for students and small companies, so we fit right in. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially with the traffic at Subhash Chowk, but you get used to the sound of horns and people talking after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and keep things moving. Most mornings start with a lot of emails and phone calls. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us in room 204, managing the workload as it comes in. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It is just a normal, everyday office life for us in this part of Delhi. We just keep our heads down and get through the day.
