Theia Ventures Llp

Theia Ventures Llp operates out of the District Center in New Delhi. We are specifically located in Unit No. 22 of the D-4 building, which people around here call Rectangle-1. It’s a busy part of South Delhi, 110017. Being in a district center means there is always something happening outside. We spend most of our time inside Unit 22 just handling the day-to-day operations. It’s a functional space. We chose this spot because it's central and relatively easy to find once you get inside the complex. The building has that standard office feel, but we’ve tried to make our unit feel a bit more like ours. There are plenty of other businesses around, so it feels like a community of sorts. We have our routines and our way of doing things. It’s not always perfectly quiet, but we manage. South Delhi can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and the crowds, but being in Rectangle-1 gives us a steady place to land. We don't have any big signs or anything too loud. It’s just a door with a number on it. We come in, get the lights on, and start working through whatever is on the desk that day. It's a simple setup for a small team like ours, and it fits what we need for now. We just focus on the work and keep things moving forward with the rest of the building.
