Thea Soft Technologies Private Limited is located on the second floor of A-9, 10 in Manak Vihar Extension. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the view of the street from up here isn't too bad. We’ve been based in this part of New Delhi for a while now. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and people trying to make software work correctly. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Manak Vihar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren’t really into the whole corporate image thing. Our space is lived-in, with wires everywhere and posters on the walls that have been there since we moved in. We spend a lot of time typing and testing things, and sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We grab lunch from the local spots nearby, usually whatever is quick and filling. The rhythm of the day is pretty steady. We arrive in the morning, get the machines running, and stay focused until the sun goes down. It’s a practical setup for a tech business in the 110018 area. We like being tucked away on the second floor where we can just get on with things. It's not glamorous, but it is exactly where we need to be.
