It is a well-known building, which makes it easy for people to find us. Even though we are in a big tower, our office inside feels a lot more like a small workshop. We aren't big on corporate culture or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We’d rather just sit at our desks and write the code or fix the software issues that our clients are dealing with. The space is filled with screens and the hum of servers. It’s a comfortable enough spot to spend eight or nine hours a day. We don't use a lot of fancy language when we describe our services. We just tell people what we do and see if it’s what they need. We’ve been here at Shivaji Marg for some time now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The elevators can be slow during lunch hours, so we’ve learned to plan around that. We are just a bunch of tech-minded people trying to provide a decent service without charging an arm and a leg. We don't have a marketing strategy. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here and that we do an honest day’s work. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us.
