Sita Ram Bazar is always busy, and our office is tucked away in Gali Sheesh Mahal at House Number 440. It is an old part of Delhi, so the streets are narrow and there is always some noise from the rickshaws and people walking by. We do IT work here, but don't expect a fancy glass building with a lobby. Our space is just a few rooms where we have set up our computers and servers. The wiring along the walls is a bit messy, and the stairs leading up are quite steep. We have been in this location for a good amount of time, and we've gotten used to the smell of street food coming from the market nearby. It’s hard to stay on a diet when there is so much good food just a few steps away. We usually eat lunch at our desks while we work on various tech problems or update systems for people. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend most of our time staring at screens anyway. It’s a real local atmosphere here, far from the polished office parks you see in other parts of the city. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home through the crowded market lanes in the evening. It is a simple life and we like the people we work with.
