Spinks India Pvt Ltd is based out of Building No. 19 in the Motia Khan area, right along Rani Jhansi Road. This is a very active part of the city with a lot of traffic passing by at all hours. The building itself is a solid, older structure that has been home to various businesses over the years. We are tucked away inside, and while the exterior might look a bit plain, we have everything we need to get our daily work done. Rani Jhansi Road is often clogged with cars and buses, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a struggle if you don't time it right. Inside Building 19, the atmosphere is pretty straightforward. We have our desks, our equipment, and our small staff who have been with us for quite a while. We don't go in for any of that modern office design; it’s just a practical space where we can focus on our tasks without many distractions. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, which is just something we deal with like everyone else in the neighborhood. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for tea and coffee, which is probably the most popular spot in the office. It’s a very unpretentious place to work. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the day is over. It is a simple routine for us.
