Our place is tucked away on the third floor of Gali No-2 in Shiv Nagar. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how these narrow streets get during the day. It’s always loud with bikes and people shouting, but once you get up those stairs to Snacguru, things settle down a bit. We spend most of our mornings checking the latest batches and making sure the inventory is where it needs to be. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a practical space near the Khalsa College area where we get the work done. Some days the heat is a bit much, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the top floor, but we have a couple of fans going to keep us moving. Most of us have been working here for a while now, so we know the routine by heart. We usually grab tea from the stall down the road around four o’clock when the energy starts to dip. The address is 4966, and it’s a bit of a climb, but we like being here in the middle of all the action in Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there’s always something happening outside the window, whether it’s a delivery truck getting stuck or students walking home. We just keep our heads down and focus on the snacks, making sure everything is handled properly before it goes out the door. It’s a simple way to spend the day.
