Haldiram'S

Haldiram'S over here at House No-3, near Water Works No-1 in Civil Line, is a bit of a landmark for us. It’s not like the big shiny restaurants you see in the malls. This place has a more grounded feel to it, being in the Civil Line area of Delhi. The building is an old house and it has that solid, aged look that a lot of places in 110054 have. We spend our time managing the stock and making sure everything is where it should be. The water works are just nearby, so there’s always some activity on the street. It’s a bit quieter than the center of the city, which is nice for getting work done. We have boxes coming in and out, and the staff is mostly local people who have been around for years. We don’t go for anything fancy in terms of decor. It’s just shelves, counters, and the smell of spices and snacks that stays in the air. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lanes around the house, but we manage to get things sorted. People know us as the place near the water works, and that’s fine by us. We just keep our heads down and do the work of keeping the supplies moving. It’s a simple operation, really. No need for complicated talk, just making sure the food is handled right and the orders are ready on time.
