We are based in Model Town, right in Block F-14. You can find us at House Number 1 on the second floor. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and we have been operating out of this spot for some time. We spend most of our days talking to people about property and showing them around different areas. It is not always easy work, but we like being in the middle of things here. The office is pretty simple, just a place to sit down and go over papers or have a cup of tea while we discuss what is available in the market. We are not fancy consultants with glossy brochures. We just know the local streets and who is looking to move or sell. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing, and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We mostly deal with folks from around the neighborhood who need a bit of guidance on where to go next. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice. We try to be honest about what we see in the market. It is just a small team here, keeping things moving. We have lived and worked in New Delhi for a long time, so we know how the system works. It is just regular daily business for us at Shoperty. We just keep things moving.
