Shiven Technologies Private Limited is down in the basement of Vishal Tower, which is right in the middle of the District Centre in Janak Puri. Being in B-23 means we are away from the street noise, which helps when we need to concentrate on coding or troubleshooting. The District Centre is always buzzing with people, so there is plenty of energy around us once we step outside. Inside the office, it is a bit different. It is a practical setup with desks, chairs, and several servers humming in the corner. We spend most of our time here, often losing track of whether it is sunny or raining outside since we are below ground level. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that doesn't help us do our work better. Our team is small, and we have known each other for a while, so we just get on with things. There is always a lot to do, from managing data to fixing software bugs. Sometimes the internet acts up or the air conditioning needs a look, but we deal with those little headaches as they happen.
