We've been running Shakumbhari It Solutions And Services Private Limited for a while now right here in Tilak Bazar. If you know the area, we're tucked away in shop 203 over in Chhota Camar Wara, not too far from Gali Lalten Wali. It’s a busy spot, but we like it. We handle all sorts of tech stuff and IT support. People around here usually just drop by when their computer acts up or they need some software help. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get the work done. Most days it’s just us fixing things and talking to customers about what they need. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It gets a bit crowded in the shop sometimes with all the parts and cables lying around. Delhi can be a lot, especially in the central part, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. We just try to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We take each day as it comes. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so mind your step if you're visiting. In the summer, it gets pretty hot, but we have a small fan that keeps us going while we work. We don't have a big marketing team. It's just a few of us.
