We are over here in Dwarka, specifically at the Aggarwal Chamber in Sector 12. Our office is at plot number four. We deal with Xcmg machinery every day. It is a pretty busy spot and the traffic outside can be a real headache, but we have gotten used to it. Most of the time it is just us handling paperwork and talking to people about what kind of heavy equipment they need for their construction sites. The machines are quite big, mostly cranes and loaders, so we do a lot of logistics to get them where they need to go. We spend most of our hours on the phone or checking through emails from customers all over the country. It is not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a regular office space on the second floor where we get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but that is just part of being in this area. We have been doing this for a while now. People usually come by when they are looking for parts or need to talk about a new machine. We just try to get the orders right and make sure things show up on time. It is practical work and we do not really go in for big speeches. We just know the equipment well because it is what we do. If you walk into the building, you will find us there. It is a simple business.
