We are based over in Pandav Nagar, specifically at A-22 on the second floor. It’s a decent enough spot, even if climbing those stairs every day keeps us more active than we’d sometimes like. Scalerich Infotech is really just a small operation run by a few of us. We don’t have a giant team or a HR department or anything like that. It is mostly just people sitting around screens trying to solve problems as they come up. The office is located in a part of Delhi 110092 that feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. Sometimes it gets quite quiet in the afternoons, which is actually good when we need to focus on something difficult. We don’t spend a lot of money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Most of our space is taken up by hardware and some old chairs that have seen better days. It is an honest living for us. We handle different info-tech stuff as people bring it to us. There is no big manual for how we do things here; we just figure it out as we go along. Pandav Nagar has become a familiar place for us over time. Most of us have been commuting here for years and it feels like a second home. We aren’t interested in sounding like those big tech giants. We are just local people doing our bit and trying to stay busy.
