Santosh Namkeen Bhandar

We have been here in Paharganj at Nehru Bazaar 2 for quite some time now. People around the neighborhood know us as Santosh Namkeen Bhandar. It is just a small place where we make snacks. Most days it gets pretty busy early in the morning because we start prepping everything fresh. The shop isn't fancy or anything like that. We just focus on getting the salt and spices right in our namkeens. Sometimes the line gets a bit long, especially during the festival season, but we try to keep up. It is mostly family running the show here. My uncle started it and now we all just pitch in. The air around the shop usually smells like fried dough and spices, which I guess is how people find us. We don't really do any big advertising or have a website. We just open the shutters, set up the counters, and wait for the regulars to stop by. It's a simple life. We know most of the customers by name because they have been coming here since they were kids. Nehru Bazaar is always loud and crowded, but our corner feels like home. We just keep doing what we do every day. There is no big secret to it, just staying consistent with the taste. If you're walking through the bazaar, you'll see us there near the corner. It's not a big company, just us.
